Our Award Winning Research and Development Process
We do exhaustive research on the chosen procedure that will be produced as a
video . We read numerous books, journals, and articles. We consult with doctors to find out what information they wish to teach their patients about the procedure. Also, we interview doctors and patients to learn the patients’ needs and anxieties concerning the procedure.
Next, we write the first draft of the script. We use all the information we gained in the first step and write the step by step procedure, keeping in mind the patients needs and anxieties.
The first draft is sent to our clinical advisors for revision and approval for accuracy. We also send the first draft to patients to make sure the script is simple enough for the patients to understand the procedure, while understanding exactly what the procedure entails.
The second draft is written based on the revisions from both the clinical advisors and the patients.
We begin storyboarding (planning the animation) and the script is further simplified for educational purposes.
The clinical advisors review and finalize the simplified third draft. We are now ready to begin creating the video.
Once we have the final draft and storyboard, the production team develops each animation synchronizing video and narration.
The Project Director leads the entire production process to ensure quality and perfect each video.
